John Carney is a real estate investor, author and podcaster who returned to his hometown Cleveland in June 2016 to work on development projects.
John has been working with off market real estate investors since 2010 when he founded America Property Source in Melbourne, Australia. The success of APS and its clients is grounded in John’s team approach to real estate. He’s grateful to be a part of the Shoreway team.
John, his Aussie wife, and two children live in Lakewood. When he’s not playing with his kids, John likes skiing, running in the woods and lifting heavy barbells.
